How do I pay? Your service fee will be automatically deducted from your commission check.
Do I pay if my transaction doesn't close? No, you only pay if your transaction closes escrow.
What if I have both the buyer & seller? You pay an additional:
- Bronze: $25
- Silver: $100
- Gold: $150
How do I order your services? Choose either the Bronze, Silver, or Gold service and click the green Order Now button. We'll then contact you to get started.
May I use my own TC? Yes, but they must comply with all state and broker disclosure requirements. Also, it's your responsibility to upload all required documents via ZipFormsPlus and then submit your file for approval. We do not accept emailed or faxed documents.
What if I have questions? Your assigned TC will assist you with any paperwork questions.
Agent's Responsibilities

- Schedule and supervise inspections (home inspection, termite, final walk through, etc.)
- Complete Agent Visual Inspection and Final Walk-through (VP).
